Apply a small amount on finger or sponge and dab onto dry scalp and hair. Shape hairline and remove cream with a damp cloth or wipe. Best used with FRENS Scalp + Body Butter to prime the skin beforehand. *Warning: cream is water resistant but may smudge when touched.
