Terms & Conditions

DEPOSITS: Your SMP Deposit holds your first treatment date. This deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable and will go towards your total treatment fee. If you need to reschedule your 1st session we kindly ask that you please do so at least 3 business days before your treatment date. Your new date must fall within 90 days of your original first session date. If you cancel 2 business days or less before your scheduled first session and/or request to reschedule more than 90 days after your original treatment date, we require a new deposit to reschedule your appointment. 

TREATMENT TIME FRAME: The sessions purchased in your package are to be used within a 90 day period from the start of your first session. They cannot be used beyond the 90 day window or be transferred to someone else.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to reschedule any of your follow up appointment dates, we kindly ask that you please do so at least 3 business days before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel anytime after that, we require a $300 re-booking fee to reschedule your next appointment.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY: At The Scalp Shop we pledge to do our best and provide you with exceptional service every time. We do not issue refunds on our services and service packages. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the shop, please notify the shop within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the shop so that the work can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost only within two days of the initial service.
