Terms & Conditions

DEPOSITS: Your SMP Deposit holds your first treatment date. This deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable and will go towards your total treatment fee. If you need to reschedule your 1st session we kindly ask that you please do so at least 3 business days before your treatment date. If you cancel anytime after that, we require a new deposit to reschedule your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you please do so at least 3 business days before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel anytime after that, we require a $300 re-booking fee to schedule your next appointment.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY: At The Scalp Shop we pledge to do our best and provide you with exceptional service every time. We do not issue refunds on our services and service packages. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the shop, please notify the shop within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the shop so that the work can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost only within two days of the initial service.
